I was introduced to the HVAC industry at a young age through my father, working in commercial sheet metal ductwork. This sparked my passion for the field, and throughout my journey, I’ve gained experience with both commercial and residential A/C systems, with a primary focus on residential.
I completed the Florida Air Conditioning Apprenticeship Association program at Palm Beach State College—a four-year commitment that I successfully graduated from. Residential air conditioning is my passion, and I take great pride in helping homeowners in South Florida with A/C repair, maintenance, and installation.

As the Co Owner and Finance Manager of Salt Air Climate Care, Jennifer McWilliams oversees the heart of the business—its people, its clients, and its financial foundation. Jennifer combines business expertise with a genuine passion for serving the community, ensuring every job is completed with honesty, clarity, and high-level care.

Operations Manager
I’m Joe, and I’ve been in the HVAC industry for 18 years. Born into an HVAC family, I started working on air conditioners at a young age. After high school, I joined the union and completed a five-year apprenticeship through Local 9.
My experience ranges from servicing the smallest residential units to working on large-scale hospital systems. HVAC has been my lifelong trade and career, and I take pride in delivering quality service and expertise.

As Office Manager for Salt Air Climate Care LLC, I lead the operational infrastructure that supports our field teams and executive leadership. From financial coordination and compliance to client relations and workflow systems, I ensure the company operates with precision, integrity, and strategic efficiency. I oversee daily operations, payroll coordination, scheduling, and client communications to ensure efficiency and professionalism across the company. I serve as the bridge between our leadership team, technicians, and customers, maintaining structure and accountability in every detail. My focus is on driving organizational excellence. I take pride in upholding the high standards and trusted reputation for reliability and superior HVAC service.
